My Thai roots and being married to someone from Dublin, Ireland have heavily influenced my cooking, creative projects, work ethic, and career aspirations. It is my hope to share my experiences and perspective in a business that I can call my own. I am ready to build something that is a representation of me so that I can provide upscale event catering to my community. Where Magpies Gather — The Beginning of Something Beautiful
The launch of Where Magpies Gather at The Mustard Seed in Pigeon Forge was about far more than introducing a new business—it was about bringing together talented people who believe that hospitality, creativity and genuine connection can transform an ordinary gathering into something memorable. What began as a vision became a room filled with beautiful food, thoughtful details, conversation and collaboration. It was a reminder that the most meaningful things are rarely created alone.
The experience was elevated by an incredible collection of local creatives and event professionals who each brought their own artistry to the day. From beautiful florals and handcrafted desserts to imaginative balloon installations, a mobile beverage experience and the remarkable creativity of a live-painting artist, every detail added another layer to the celebration. Live music brought even more life to the gathering, with the warmth of an acoustic duo alongside the elegance of a violinist creating a soundtrack that made the afternoon feel intimate, intentional and alive.
More than a launch, the event became a reflection of what Where Magpies Gather was created to represent: talented people gathering around a shared table, supporting one another and creating something greater together. Each vendor helped elevate the experience while also helping propel this young business forward. I walked into that day hoping to introduce people to what I had created; I walked away understanding even more deeply what this brand could become—a place where food, artistry, hospitality and community gather, and where small bites truly become shared moments.
